Terms for Estimate Acceptance

Reel Good Gutters is dedicated to providing top-quality gutter installation services. We are fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth and damage-free installation, Reel Good Gutters is not responsible for incidental, unavoidable, or unforeseen damage that may occur as part of normal wear and tear during the installation process.

You, the client, are responsible for reviewing the estimate in full and raising any questions prior to accepting it – especially regarding non-standard requests or items outside typical industry practices. All change requests must be made in writing to be considered valid and binding.

Clients must inform us of any hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or obstacles in the work area to ensure a safe and efficient installation process.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than litigation. All arbitration costs are split evenly across both parties.

By approving this estimate, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
